Q: What can hypnosis be used for?
A: It is a great way to do anything that depends on your own efforts! For example:
- Quit smoking. Willpower won't work here for lots of people, and self-hypnosis is the best way to do it.
- Improve friendships and your relations with spouse and others.
- Sleep better.
- Lose weight and keep it off, even if you are obese.
- Develop a better attitude. Control emotions and crappy moods.

Q: What's it like to be Hypnotised?
A: Great:
For me the best way to describe a hypnotic state is that of being totally relaxed, a pleasant state, aware but not caring, almost like being asleep but still awake, in control but not needing to do anything. And most importantly, you will not lose your self-control, nor will you do anything in a self-hypnotic state that you would not otherwise do.
Q: Are there any side affects to being Hypnotised?
A: In short NO! Not that I am aware of.
